Went through your weblog - you have an amazing eye for details and this 50s-to-70s Brancusi-influenced archtecture (I know the newspaper stands are probably newer). This is so good, it deserves a book of its own.
PS I spent some time in Ludus, Cluj, Targu Mures and Oradea - I remember the Cluj Romtelecom building quite well. Give it some 10 more years, and I hope restoration of some of these preserved gems will begin. Noroc si pe curând!
